1. What is Hridayamrith used for? Hridayamrith is a premium Ayurvedic proprietary medicine. It is a unique combination of 100% natural ingredients developed to help maintain healthy cholesterol balance. Daily use supports optimum cholesterol levels — balancing cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL and VLDL.

2. What is cholesterol and why balance LDL & HDL? Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance found in all cells. Your body needs it to make hormones, vitamin D, and digest foods.
*LDL (bad cholesterol): High levels can lead to buildup in arteries and increase heart disease risk.

3. What is the dosage for Hridayamrith? Directions for Use:
*Check cholesterol level first.
*If cholesterol level is above 250 mg/dl, take 2 capsules 3 times daily after food.
*If cholesterol level is above 150 mg/dl, take 2 capsules once daily after food.
*Maintenance dose: 2 capsules once daily after food, or as directed by the physician.

4. Are there any diet restrictions?

5. Can I take Hridayamrith with my existing cholesterol medicine? Yes, but follow these steps:
*Check cholesterol level (initial reading).
*Continue your prescribed medicine at the same dose along with Hridayamrith.
*On the 30th day, recheck cholesterol. If it is lower than the initial reading, reduce your other medicine by 50%.
*On the 60th day, recheck again. If lower than the 30-day reading, stop the other medicine completely and continue Hridayamrith.
*Reduce Hridayamrith dosage if reports show reduced cholesterol.

6. Can I stop my prescription statins immediately and switch to Hridayamrith?
No. Continue your prescribed medicine initially, then taper only after checking cholesterol levels at 30 and 60 days.
