1. What is Diawin used for? 

Diawin is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine formulated to support blood sugar management in diabetic patients.

2. How does Diawin work? 

Diawin works by:

*Stabilizing blood sugar after meals and supporting insulin sensitivity.

*Adapting dosage based on blood sugar readings, ensuring personalized support.

*Complementing existing diabetes medicines and allowing gradual reduction under medical supervision.

*Supporting insulin management by maintaining Diawin dosage until insulin can be safely reduced (only 10% at a time).

3. What is the dosage& diet  for Diawin Capsules? 

Check your blood sugar level 1½ hours after food, then follow these guidelines:

*Above 300 mg/dL: 2 capsules, 3 times daily after food

*Above 200 mg/dL: 2 capsules, 2 times daily after food

*Above 150 mg/dL: 1 capsule, 3 times daily after food

*Maintenance dose: 1 capsule once daily after food

Diet : Avoid foods containing refined sugar, candy, cakes, fried foods, and cookies.

4. What if I already take other diabetes medicines?

*Check blood sugar level for an initial reading.

*Continue your other medicine at the same dose along with Diawin.

*On day 15, check blood sugar. If it is below the initial reading, reduce the other medicine by 50%.

*On day 25, check again. If it is below the day-15 reading, stop the other medicine.

*Continue to check blood sugar every 10 days and reduce Diawin dosage as per investigation reports showing reduced sugar levels.

5. What about insulin-dependent patients? 

Do not reduce the dosage of Diawin (2 capsules, 3 times daily after food) until insulin is completely withdrawn. Adjust insulin only by 10% at a time.

6. Do I need to exercise? 

Yes. Regular exercise is recommended to help maintain blood sugar levels.

7. Can I stop my prescribed diabetes tablets or insulin on my own with Diawin? 

No. Diawin should be taken only under medical supervision. Changing or stopping prescription diabetes medicines or insulin without a doctor’s guidance can cause dangerous blood sugar swings. Consult our doctor before starting. Never reduce or stop insulin or prescription diabetes drugs without medical supervision. Monitor blood sugar regularly and seek immediate care for symptoms of very high or very low blood sugar.
