2. What is the dosage of Arshonil Rasayanam?

Arshonil rasayanam is for oral intake.

Dosage:

*Adults: 25 ml, one hour after dinner 

*Children: 15 ml, one hour after dinner 



3. Are there any dietary restrictions while taking Arshonil? 

Yes.

*Avoid: Curd, bitter gourd, Chinese potato, crab, shrimp, prawns, chicken, and spicy or sour foods 

*Recommended: Elephant yam, carrot, small onion, buttermilk, and plenty of water 



4. Can children take Arshonil Rasayanam?

Yes, children can take 15 ml one hour after dinner.



5. How long should I take it?
